Happy New Year!

Welcome to 2022! As our attention and energy turns to the promises and possibilities of the new year, we’re excited to share some updates with everyone about the Effing Foundation and our community.

ViiV Healthcare Positive Action Community Grant

We're thrilled to announce that the Effing Foundation has been awarded a $35,000 grant from the ViiV Healthcare Positive Action Community Grant Program to support our work this year.  Huge thanks to ViiV Healthcare for their support of sex-positive art and education!

Grant Cycle Finalists

The 2021-2022 Effing Grant Cycle selection process is well underway, as we’ve arrived at the finalists round. The Advisory Council is currently evaluating these applications, as one of the final steps before the finalists’ projects are presented to the Board of Directors. We truly have some amazing projects that speak to the diversity, creativity and power of the communities we serve and we can’t wait to see who this cycle’s grant recipients will be.

DASAN introduces Pleasurable 

This month, previous Effing grant recipient DASAN launched their education series Pleasurable. Pleasurable holds the important space of creating disability related sex education for sex educators and people with disabilities. Please follow their links to get updated on their new work.
